Background: PCNL is a well-established treatment option for patients with large and complex renal calculi. In order to decrease morbidity associated larger instruments like blood loss, postoperative pain potential damage. A modification of the technique standard has been developed. This performed miniature endoscope via small percutaneous tract (11–20 F) was named as minimally invasive or mini- PCNL. Objectives: To improve medical service attending Zagazig University Hospital by determining indications outcomes M-PCNL when used modality stones. Methods: prospective cohort study conducted at Urology Department Hospitals during period from March November 2019. 48 those Outpatient Clinic. Percentage improvement 94%, so sample calculated be 32 using open EPI CI 95%. Results: percentage 94%. Male represented 53.8% studied patients. Mean age 35.10 years, ranged 18 60 years. body mass index 39.56 kg/m2, 18.60 63.20 kg/m2. preoperative hemoglobin 12.56 g/dl, 11 14 g/dl. The most common site stone pelvis in 44.6% density 1024.76, 220 1500. size 1.86 mm, 1.20 3-mm. diameter 16.92 mm. Conclusion: Mini-PCNL safe efficacious disease.
